Our motto has always been we aren't happy if you aren't happy! That being the case we will gladly take unused items, in their original condition and packaging from you. In the end we want you to enjoy your pieces from us without the worry if you may or may not like it. That being said, below we have listed out our policy on returns and exchanges that can be made.

Returns or Exchanges

If you would like to return or exchange your items please send us an email for detailed return/exchange instructions. This will make it easy for us to process your order as quickly and easily as possible. We will make it right so you are ultimately satisfied with your experience with us as that is our number one priority.

Returns/Exchanges need to be made within 14 days of your purchase so please contact us for the process. If your return is Watch Repair related we cannot give a refund on service however we will make sure you are completely satisfied with your service if needed. Wristwatch purchases have a 3 day inspection period so contact us as soon as possible to process that return or exchange. Most watches being vintage watches, we do not guarantee their accuracy or service unless stated so please keep this in mind.

 

Return must be sent overnight or by priority international delivery. Return shipping fees will be your responsibility along with any custom fees when receiving an order from us. A small restocking fee may apply depending on the item so please keep this in mind.
